"Hi-performance cabinets for the hi-performance Player"

Frequently Asked Questions

Is your design REALLY different?
Yes it is, and we have more detailed information HERE

What are the primary differences with your design and what style of player uses them?
The first time I ever played an over-sized cab, I was hooked. But a bigger cab presents some resonance issues that just had not been corrected. Our Afterburner design has the "big cab" punch and projection yet stays very tight and articulate. It is designed for the agressive player who wants to stay out in front of the mix.

So...Are your cabs only for "Metal"?
While our cabs will certainly handle hi-gain, drop-tuned shred with ease, they are not limited to it as with some other cabs. Most of our Clients and Endorsing Artists are not "metal dudes". We have many classic rockers, bluesmen and instrumentalists in our family. But as to metal specifically? YES they are the real deal.

Are your cabs designed exclusively for Vintage 30s?
No. Most of our initial prototyping was with V30s for the simple reason that they are probably the closest thing to an all-around all-purpose speaker that has ever been made. They are certainly not perfect in any one aspect but no speaker is. And they are built like tanks with excellent QC. Our cabs are touring cabs so reliability is essential as well. But the fact is that all guitar speakers regardless of brand, have a very similar upper EQ curve and this is the energy that a cab has to translate. We build a very stable and neutral cab that can handle serious volumes without coloring the speakers. That is what they were designed to do. So if you like a particular speaker's voicing, we believe you will like it even more in our design.

How do we get Sponsored?
We look for guitar-driven Artists that are dedicated to their music and to giving their audience a great show. You don't have to be Major label. You do need to be prepared to have current tracks available and to demonstrate the potential exposure we can expect through show schedules, confirmed tours, etc. We need to see that you are doing what it takes to try and get to where you want to be.

Do you do full Sponsorships?
Generally, no. And since we dropped U.S. Dealers and their "mark up", our former "Artist pricing" is now our standard list to all Clients. We can however offer an additional slight discount to those we Sponsor.

How much are shipping costs?
A single 412 in the U.S., to one of our Freight Terminals or to a business address in your area will run approx. $105 to $125 depending on your distance from us. A single 212 is around $65-80 from UPS to your home. Discounts apply with multiple cabs. For example, we can send two 412 cabs to CA or NY for roughly $180. We ship all cabs fully insured. Actual freight cost is based on your zip code and residential delivery is available at additional cost. Our concern is to get them to you safely and affordably, in that order.

What does it cost to ship Internationally?
We airfreight to most major airports around the World. We ship to Canada by UPS. We recommend that you check with your local Customs Office to get a quote for import costs to your Country. We only charge for the actual freight and will be happy to provide a quote based on your location.

Can you build custom cabs other than what is listed?
Yes we can. But it depends on whether we think it will perform to our standards, our production schedule and so forth. Just let us know what you have in mind.

What is the delivery/lead time?
We are currently averaging 10-14 weeks to complete orders and have them ready to ship, from the time we receive the order.
